Here’s my recipe for all-butter pie crust if you’d like to try that instead. Both pie crust recipes yield enough dough for two 3-inch pies. You can freeze the second half of the douagh, or make another one-crust pie such as this chocolate chess pie, turkey pot pie, or pumpkin pie.
